PSC Gateway

One-stop, Online Scholarship Application Portal

- Takes approximately 15-25 minutes to complete
- Please ensure proper exit from the system by using logout button.

Eligibility
Singaporeans and PRs who are:
- Awaiting 'A' Level results
- Polytechnic Diploma Holders
- Current university undergraduates (require at least one semester of results)
- Holders of 'A' Level equivalent qualifications (e.g. IB Diploma, High School
Diploma)

Application Period and Submission Deadlines
- Application for PSC Undergraduate Scholarships is now CLOSED.
- The online application consists of a form and an essay. You can submit the form
and essay separately. However both must be submitted before application closes.
- Please submit the following supporting documents (if applicable) within 10 days
after your online application :
  • GCE 'O' Level, GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, University and any other academic
    • qualifications
  • Secondary, JC, Polytechnic, University CCA Records
  • SAT I and SAT II results
  • To download scholarship checklist for A-level/Poly/IB diploma or Mid-Term
    • application.

    Application Status
    - If you are applying with a full set of qualifications (e.g. GCE 'A' level, Polytechnic
    Diploma, IB Diploma, High School Diploma), you will be informed of your
    application status by 31 March 2009.
    - If you are in your final semester of studies and are applying without a full set of
    pre-university qualifications, you will be informed of your application status within 3
    weeks of submitting your final results to PSC.
    - If you are a university undergraduate and are applying for the PSC Mid-term
    Scholarships, you will be informed of your application status within 3 months of
    your application.
